Carolin Leary Prinn Solo Exhibition “Journey Through a Timeless Tale: Exploring The Tarot” at Poetic Tiger Gallery

Like the waxing and waning of the moon, the story of our lives traces a cyclical path: from endings emerge new beginnings, from falls follow rises, defeats give way to triumphs. The Major Arcana of the Tarot details “The Fool’s Journey”, charting the course from an adventure’s first blind and hopeful step, through trial and tribulation, unto its ultimate conclusion. Each of these paintings describe a different chapter in this tale. At times, we embody the eager novice or the discerning master; the intuitive seeker or the sober voice of reason; the stalwart warrior or the solitary wanderer in pursuit of answers within. Traversing centuries of history and vastly disparate cultures, the beauty of this story lies in revealing our shared, universal human experience.

The first half of this poignant tale is explored here through the lens of my mythical realm, The Islands of Niljora. This world walks a quiet parallel course to our own, presenting a vision of this endless journey from another place and another time. Let us witness the Journey at the opening on June 5, 2026.
