About the artist
Elizabeth Anne Gore has been painting from an early age and discovered sculpting over 35 years ago. She creates paintings with archival inks and teas, using them in a watercolor style. Her sculptures are created of paperclay and natural materials including wood, lichen and crystals. Tender, yet wild, rooted in the earth and reaching toward the luminous; every face and creature a messenger. She was the President of The Professional Doll Makers Art Guild and World of Froud Artist of the Year. Her work has been published in Dolls Magazine and Doll Crafter Magazine.
